“This was one of the most informative meetings/seminars I have been to. I was really impressed with how phrasing a sentence or story can really capture the customer and make a sale. What I liked the most was the “Your World” diagram. I feel that if we can incorporate that same discovery technique into every yearly review that it will bring a lot of our client’s guard down and make them more receptive to their world and whether or not they would be okay if one of the seven risks happened to them. It’s almost like an eye opening experience that makes you step back and say, “Wow, am I really covered?” I feel more sales will come from this diagram instead of us telling people, “You need XYZ policy and this is why…” Because of this, I am going to implement the “Your World” Discovery Conversation along with personal stories in my yearly reviews with clients.
