With Private Coaching you and your team members will work one-on-one with your coach(es) twice per month for 8 months and also have access to all of the Group Coaching classes (Team Group Coaching Calls, Agent Only Coaching Calls, and Accountability Calls). After 8 months you can choose to continue Private Coaching or move to Group Coaching only. Your coach will cover Life, Auto, , Health and ‘Your World’®, but Private Coaching is designed to focus on your agency’s specific needs and challenges, rather than following the curriculum step-by-step. Calls are recorded and you and your team will have access to the Risk Advisor Resource Center with videos and resources.
