Melanie Yeatts has built a multi-million-dollar empire from scratch in just a little over 10 years, but it wasn’t without big hurdles, brick walls, blood sweat and tears. Giving up or quitting was never an option. She just picks herself up, dusts herself off, figures out a way and keels pushing forward still to this day.

She began in 2011 in her living room doing service work for one agent. A time went by, she developed a highly efficient system to streamline and simplify the daily grind. Having worked in agents’ offices for years, she understood first-hand, how service work can consume the workday. By 2012, she was working remotely for multiple agents and with their support and nudging, formed Agency Resource Solutions. what has happened since then is nothing short of amazing. She has put together an internal management team running day t0 day operations, with combined agency experience of more than240 years. Together they have trained and paired nearly 900 Remoter Service Specialists with more than 3000 agencies across all 50 states, all while maintaining a 95% satisfactory rating!
